Cancellation policy
If you are unable to participate in the experience activity due to various reasons, a cancellation fee may be charged. If you have to cancel, please let us know by phone.

A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the event due to personal reasons.
However, cancellation due to bad weather will not be charged a cancellation fee.
